You have up to 15 days from receipt of purchase to change a

item or return your order.

Remember that with the return, the shipping costs are paid by the customer, and you must send the package yourself, we do not proceed to the refund until the package is received at our offices.

The steps to request a return:

bill'.

1.2.- Select the order you want to return.

You can send your return by the method you prefer. We will not be able

take responsibility in case of loss of the package and the cost of that shipment is paid by the customer.

2. PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Pack the items you want to return in their original packaging and

same conditions in which you received them. The garments have to be in

perfect condition and it is essential that you attach the

return that you received with your order. If you don't keep it, you can

print the invoice in the "my account" section.

3. DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER

Deliver the package closed and properly packed to the carrier.

4. REFUND

Once we receive the package, the amount of the return will be processed

within 14 business days in the same payment method used

in the purchase. An email will be sent to you once we proceed to the refund of

your return. Keep in mind that the payment to your credit card

CHANGES

Access the 'Order history' section of the 'My account' section and

select the garment (s) you want to change. Choose the size that

you need.

We only make size changes. If you want to change it for another model

you should make the return and make a new purchase.

WRONG ORDER

If the return or exchange is due to a shipping or product error by

our part, we will pick up the package at the address you indicate and
